If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
