3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is marked delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging and tags

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

For EU customers:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this does not apply to personalized goods.

6. Taxes & Duties

All applicable import taxes and customs duties are covered by us. Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.
